server.archive.webservice.backup.enabled=true to /opt/arcsight/manager/config/server.properties.
Then restart the manager service. When Actors are collected by Actor MIC, the Actor MIC will create xml files to be processed by ESM. With this setting, these xml files are stored in ESM under: /opt/arcsight/manager/archive/webservice
